The location of this hotel was super convenient and made it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The Sheraton is in an excellent location, only three blocks to Carnegie Hall, easy walking to theaters and Times Square, as well as Central Park. However, As mentioned in their blurb, check in is crazy busy, slow and understaffed. In fact staff are not that friendly, except for the awesome cleaning ...

The staff was fantastic! I am visually impaired and the staff were extremely attentive, making certain I was safe and able to get a taxi when needed. I will definitely return for my next trip to NY.
