"This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in the Roslyn area. The rooms are modern and clean. The fitness room has nice equipment. One downside is that the lobby and normal breakfast area were under construction and completely sealed off, which detracted from the experience. Would have been good if that were disclosed when I was booking. Another pet peeve is the $3.00 charge for a bottle of water in the room. This differs from other major hotel chains I frequent."

" 1/5 Star* This was an unacceptable stay. The hotel lacked basic guest care—no kitchenette as expected, no staff support, and the manager was never available. The lobby was loud and disruptive, and noise carried throughout the hotel due to poor construction, making it impossible for my toddler to sleep. We were forced to check out after one night on 04/09/2026 and are still struggling to receive a refund for the unused night, despite repeated attempts through Expedia and directly with the hotel....

"Room was very clean but in disrepair, sink was undermount and was falling away, the dresser drawers were broken. The fire alarms went off one night and there was no direction or explanation from the staff. The breakfast was very good with many options."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The bed's memory foam mattress was super comfortable. Bathroom large and clean. Kitchen was well equipped, except for one thing which in my opinion was missing: it didn't have an electric kettle so I couldn't boil water to make a cup of tea or to prepare oatmeal in the morning.The coffee maker, Nespresso machine, unfortunately doesn't have a boiled water function in it so it can't be used to make hot water. I managed to boil water in a pot which was OK but...

"Needed a place to stay for 2 days. It’s a budget hotel and I didn’t expect much from it. There were 4 security guards and 1 front desk clerk. Not sure what goes on here but that got me a bit worried about my safety. Room were updated and as pictured but I guess I’m one of the few guest that got a small dirty room. There were dirt on lots of places, paint chips, dirty drapes, dirty curtains, refrigerator door wouldn’t stay close, tv remote dirty, door handles loose. Had a good window view but the...
