"Fabulous hotel. Located right in the heart of Times Square, the hotel has everything you need, but if they don’t, you can find it near by. The staff is impeccable, and security is everywhere. The restaurant (breakfast) is very good. The dinner menu is eclectic and very tasty. The bar staff is friendly and entertaining and we had a lot of fun sitting at the bar meeting new friends. The rooms are clean and comfortable and maintained every day. We had a room on the 21st floor and water...

"We were on the 2nd floor on 8th Ave and did not hear noise from the street (outside of our room was some sort of machinery- slight white noise which we all found soothing. One of our party forgot some toiletries and the hotel had a list of available items (very appreciate!) They also had complementary coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We did not use the restaurant or bar, we were there to see Broadway shows. Great location! Parking garage beside the hotel with 24 hour availability....

"Valet parking was excellent. Free parking was included. Street area in front of hotel was reserved for loading, unloading and valet parking drop off. Check in was easy. Stayed on second floor. Quiet. Ice machine on that floor."

"First time staying here. We loved it. The staff were so hateful and happy and just a great energy. The other guests were also so enjoyable. Yes your in times square but so close to everything. And we slept great. The room was nice and clean. We had a bottle of wine and a welcome dessert. I would absolutely go back to Times! "
