"I liked I was able to store my luggage without a fee."

"When they send a text about going to the rooftop, keep in mind there is a charge."

"Destination fee was a bummer."

"Great experience! Would book again."

"Extremely clean and great service!"

"The location was excellent. From our hotel room, we could see Times Square. There were no complimentary toothbrushes; my sister-in-law lost her luggage. We had to pay at the bar. The atmosphere was great in the lobby. The elevators took a long time as it was very busy. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and I would stay again."

"Nice lobby area for people to meet during the weekend. Staff was professional and helpful. Maintenance could be improved. Coffee makers in rooms would be a distinct enhancement!"

"Great location! Very comfy"

"Had a kitchen, kettle, and all you could hope for in this hotel. Parking with a voucher was $50 (for one night) just around the corner. Additionally, we were in the perfect spot to wander freely :)"
