"The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"By far the best hotel I've stayed in! The location is ideal and so close to local shops/restaurants, Times Sq, Broadway etc. Various subway locations just walking distance also. We arrived at 1.30pm and were able to check in and refresh before heading out. The staff were friendly and welcoming, also very helpful with questions. I would highly reccomend this hotel!"

Special mention to housekeeping staff who ensured that room is cleaned every single day and topped up toileteries without fail. We stayed at room #1406, which had a view of Empire State Building. As our room was not facing street, the room was quiet with no traffic noise. Rooms can be small even if King size but the hotel is located in one of the dense areas of city."

"We were very pleased with the hotel. NYC affordable hotels typically have very small rooms with a bed and chair. The room had adequate space, refrig, microwave, closet, coffee maker, tv., desk. We did have to call for help with the tv since scrolling the channels didn’t work. You need to enter the # you want. We liked the place and would return. Valet parking worked great along with morning coffee."
