"The hotel was located near the Broadway shows we were seeing and convenient to many activities. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The heat/air unit in the room was extremely load. And at times, it was difficult to catch an elevator. We had to run down 15 flights a few times as the elevator never came."

"Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sind schön sauber und überall duftet es sehr gut. Die Lage ist ideal und perfekt. Jedoch sind die Zimmer schon sehr klein - zu zweit ist es ziemlich eng - und extrem hellhörig. Leider ist zwischen Bad und Zimmer auch nur eine Schiebetür die nicht vollständig schliesst. Zum Frühstück gibt es Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und süsse Teilchen. Es sind auch mehrere sehr gute Cafes in der Umgebung mit tollen Frühstücksangeboten."

"We had an excellent time at Hyatt grand central. The hotel is in a convenient place to commute anywhere in the city . Most of the attractions are walkable distance. No complaints. Just a suggestion about the food market . The staffs could have been bit more nice and communicative ."

"The shower was SO small and the showerhead immediately sprayed water all over onto the floor and into the bedroom after turning it on. There's no way to avoid this from happening unless you stand in the shower and close the door and then turn it on (and then youre standing in cold water waiting for the shower to heat up.) Other than that my stay was great."
