"Nice spacious room. King bed and even a sofa. Air conditioning was noisy. Hate, hate hate when the hotel adds extra fees -- in this case an "urban fee" of $30 per night and city and state taxes on that $30 per night fee--just put it all in the original quoted cost. Cafe had good coffee, but I cannot reccommend the breakfast sandwiches which come out of a microwave."

"Great location. Good-sized room for NYC. When we checked in, they gave us reusable water bottles and had a wonderful flavored water station where we could fill them. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Accommodation was good, housekeeping could be better for readiness of the room (asked front desk twice if cleaning was scheduled and room was ready late in the afternoon), clean towels every day, refill of products for breakfast a bit quicker, waiting time for elevators was long (maintenance of 1) and also access to rooftop wasn’t possible (construction) which was one of the main reasons to choose this hotel"

"We had a pleasant stay, close by the Times Square, there was construction going on in the area wich made the passage to the hotel a liitle uncomfortable. The door to our bathroom was a little hard to manage. The cleaning staff was very good. "

"Once you walked into the hotel everything was clean, upgraded and light. Staff and desk personnel were perfect and made you feel very welcome. The street felt a little rundown especially going towards 2nd street but not unsafe. Will definitely book again "
