"Convenient, central location. They hold your luggage if you check out but don’t leave til later, as if your room isn’t ready yet at check in. My only complaint was the ac just couldn’t get cold enough so it was hard to get decent sleep. Everything else was good and the staff is very friendly."

"great breakfast deal, friendly staff, perfect location for broadway"

"Didn't receive code to operate TV. Even with code the TV needs instructions. Would also be good to provide tissue not only toilet paper Free coffee in bar til 10 am, but no one tells you. Best place to be for Broadway shows. Absolutely will stay here again !"

"We liked the room layout. For NY, it worked great for us. Room floor was a bit dirty and the smoke alarm blinks all night which can be distracting trying to sleep, but maybe that's how they work. Ours at home blink only when they need attention. Overall, we will stay again."

"We were welcomed by Delores who checked us in and made us feel at home right away. We thought all the staff was kind and helpful. Great location"

"Location had a great vibe in the lobby. There was a light on my bed that would not turn off."

"The lobby was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"We love staying here everyone is so nice and the location is handy."

"worst hotel I have ever been to. Gina from staffing was kind, but the property is a “strongly do not recommend”."

"Really central but felt safe and easy to get about. Staff efficient and helpful as so very busy, lifts a bit of an issue when busy, but all in all fab. Breakfast basic but nice and perfect start for day. Room small but fine and great to have usb points in room and safe."

"Great staff, clean rooms. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. Walking distance to shows, times square, and central park. The pizza shop next door is a great place for a quick cheap meal. The Italian restaurant next door on the other side gives a discount to anyone staying at the hotel, a great spot to grab a drink. I would stay at Radio City Apartments again."
