"Staff wasn’t super friendly. Put the do not disturb sign on door but housekeeping came in anyway. Website shows checkout time of 12pm but was told by staff it’s actually 11am."

"Good partnership with Starbucks. Hotel not very well maintained."

"Todo bien"

"The location of the hotel is perfect for Times Square and the Theatre District. Room was very small but clean and the service was good."

"Location is central to a lot of tourist attractions. Seconds to Times Square, close to Central Park, tons of nearby shopping and restaurants. Staff at check in were very friendly. The lobby has a very pleasant smell and the chaos from outside is left at the door. The lobby and rooms are quiet and very clean. The rooftop bar is a nice perk and offers awesome views especially at night. Rooms are spacious. We would definitely come again."

"Muhammad in the front desk helped me and my wife during an anniversary trip with the most utmost respect and joy! I am very grateful to have stayed here and to have being helped by him. The room was clean and always asked if I needed to have it cleaned."

"部屋はコンパクトですが清潔で機能的、滞在中快適に過ごせました。 気になる点は1点だけ。 シャワーの湯量が調整できない仕様になっている為、各部屋で使用が多くなる時間帯はお湯が出にくくなってしまいます。 ただそれを差し引いてもとても快適に過ごせました。"

"Loved our stay, literally walked across the street to Hamilton. Perfect place to stay for broadway!"

"Wonderful place close by to everything"

"Excellent place to stay! Super clean place all over. Our room was even ready early. Staff was so polite and quick to help. The location is perfect and so close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!!"
