"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great and helpful. Everything was clean, really good restaurant and they had skiing logistics well handled. it was easy to get myself and equipment from the hotel to the lifts"

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."

"Court séjour, pas mal c’est propre et neuf, c’est conforme aux descriptions à quelques détails près : c’est en réalité un « DOMITYS » une résidence senior, en soit pas dérangeant mais le préciser ne serait pas de refus !!! C’est très gênant pour 2 jeunes de 20 ans de devoir passer devant pleins de personnes âgées en peignoir pour aller à la piscine…"

"We had a lovely stay in the 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of the residence. We picked a Mountain View and it was a stunning view over the mountains! The sofa bed in the apartment was very large and comfortable and so were the beds. Very bijou kitchen but was fine if not cooking much. Could have benefited from an oven. Had a Spar supermarket below but limited choice and quite expensive. Could have helped if the residence had its own bar and restaurant. Not sure it felt like a five star...

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail.
