アットホームです。長期滞在に向いてます。エアコンがややうるさい。ホットシャワーあり。バスタブなし。キッチンに包丁まな板など一式あり。洗濯機なし。ランドリーサービスあり、二日後もらえる。Wifi有料。LTE電波悪し。

Broadway court hotel

This hotel is close to commercial center, to San Luke's Hospital, to LRT2 . It is perfect for me. The staff is helpful and friendly. In plus the ratio price/quality is totally acceptable for an hotel in Manila. I will recommend it.

I stayed in Mexico, my experience is bit better than this. when I first check the room is hot. they know ther's a customer coming in from airport for long 14hr's flight, and that customer need to relax then go to very hot room.

Hotels.com should not list this hotel!

Mosquitoes in the rooms. Malfunctioning heater system. They have extra charges here and there when their clients check in and they make sure they tell when you check out deducting some unscrupulous amounts off of your cash deposit. Hotels.com should not list this hotel anymore as this hotel is way below 1 star.

Old, but convenient

It was comfortable and convenient, but the place was older than I expected. I had a good stay though, and the bistro right around the corner was a good find.

It served its purpose

I was looking for a cheap hotel that I could use for a night. Yes, it's cheap. Location is great since very near a train station and good establishments. However, I wouldn't recommended this if you plan to stay longer. Wifi is not free. I find the receptionist a bit not nice. There was cockroach in my room. U have to bring extra cash for deposit. I would not book this hotel again.

not bad hotel

The hotel was ok for the money, its an old hotel but the rooms were big, you have no room service which was ok with us over all it was good for the price

Really a Motel : 1 Bedroom with Kitchen Unit

A very acceptable place to stay in New Manila / Quezon area. The property is well kept up, if older 70's look . It seems a safe neighborhood. The owners came by to greet and give advice .. very friendly all the way round. Rooms are large and clean and quiet in my case .. totally acceptable and I would return if here again. The Kitchen had good quality pots and pans and sufficient dishes and cutlery. One bizarre thing is the placement of garbage pail just below the corner of the kitchen cabinets ..

長期休暇の時はホテルより割安で良いかも

プレミアルームを予約しました　部屋は広く隣の音は聞こえませんでしたが、その代わりエアコンが室外機内蔵なのでうるさくて寝付けませんでした。バスタブは無くその代わり温水が出ました。キッチンと食器付きが気に入ってここに決めたのですが、器具は意外と綺麗で良かったです。メイドの掃除はまあ適当で普通のフィリピン流かと思いますが、掃除中は気をつけないと泥棒される危険大です。全体的にはエアコンの音を除けば値段の割には良かったと思います。もう普通のホテルには泊まれません
