Dear Brian, We are sorry to hear of your unhappiness during your recent stay with us. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. For our everyone's, both staff and guests' safety, our facilities are only accessible for registered guests and maximum occupancy is being implemented in line with IATF's protocols for hotels. With the new guidelines given to multi-use hotels, we are now allowed to have full room capacity. With this, maxmimum capacity of each rooms will still be followed to abide the building code's maximum capacity. A studio room may only have 3 guests, and number of people that was being asked to use the pool for that studio room was 7. We apologize for this inconvenience.
