Highly recommended. I am so amazed how professional and friendly all Herald polaris staff. I enjoyed my stay. It's a beautiful hotel for a budget friendly price. Will definitely go back again here.

サービス料込みで1日約1万円で4泊。口コミほど良く感じなかった。悪い点：備品が1日おきに何か足りない。ハンドタオル、トイレットペーパなどが足りず、都度フロントに補充の依頼(めんどくさい)。最初からテレビが点かない(ホテルマンがテレビの裏を30秒ぐらいいじくって初めて点く)。テレビがよく消える(”no signal"となり、10～20分経ってテレビを点けるとまた30分ぐらい見れるの繰り返し。特に夜に多い)。従業員の態度は悪くないが、特別いいわけでもない。 良い点。内装がクラシックでおしゃれ(外観はそうでもない)。エレベータを長く待つこともないし、だれかが元々乗っていたり、乗ってきたりが1回もなかった。7~8時に朝食を取ったが、混んでることは4回で1回もなかった。

Scammed by Hotels.com and Herald Suites Polaris
Both Hotels.com and Herald Suites Polaris promised internet connection. I even phoned the hotel before I made my reservation, to ask about the quality of the internet connection. The hotel said that the internet connection was good. Upon arrival at the hotel, the internet connection was horrible. Both Hotels.com and Herald Suites Polaris refuse to give me back my money. I feel scammed, lied to and not being treated in a fair way by Hotels.com and Herald Suites Polaris.

The early check in fee is too much. It’s the same rate with another night. Otherwise it’s okay.

The place is clean, very good service very friendly staff. The breakfast is good. The only critique we have is the shower.When you turn on the shower the water run through the side and down to the bathroom floor.

Lunch options were terrible - sotanghon soup was like water with salt and pepper (no flavor, no effort). Charging extra for XS coffee? terrible.Miscommunication with room pricing: paid extra person but no extra bed in 1st night and i was still charged for it. tv remote, internet was always NOT working! remote battery is cheap - should be ready. BUT, bell person and guards were VERY helpful they should get a raise; thats why I have them all good tip. areas around the hotel looks like a ghetto Makati, so filthy and smelly. interior design of hotel lobby looks great but rooms were not as nice

The Wi-Fi disconnected every five minutes. It's the worst Wi-Fi I ever had in the Philippines. Each room has it's own Wi-Fi connection and passwords for two devices. Neither one of these would stay connected. My twin bed room was nice. The AC worked fine. The hot water kettle and mini fridge worked. No microwave. Breakfast was good. With four choices to order from.

Nice Hotel, WiFi Issues
So firstly, I really like this hotel, very art deco 1930s vibe. Good breakfast included, location is convenient. Main complaint this time was that the WiFi was awful. Hate to whine about stuff like that but in this day and age it’s important and it was totally unacceptable. Had some issues with getting in my room as well but no big deal. Like this hotel, they need to upgrade the WiFi.

Herald Suites is a good hotel. My room was large, mini fridge, hot water kettle with instant coffee packets. The AC worked fine, quiet and kept the room cold. Breakfast was included, from 6-10am, order from menu, fast service. Short walk to all the tourist attractions on and around P. Burgos Street. It's a 20 minute walk to the Buendia MRT Station. Would stay again at this hotel.

We extended our time here and stayed more than two weeks here. We can only speak highly of this remarkable hotel. After spending an extended period in the Philippines and being rather underwhelmed by the general attitude towards tourists, we consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have spent our final days in this hotel. Not only does this hotel meet international hospitality standards with impeccable service, but there was also a standout individual, Assistant Resident Manager Mr. Mark De Guzman, who left us utterly speechless. While we were dealing with several family crises back home, Mr. De Guzman was like an angel to us. He was warm, understanding, and incredibly patient. He made us feel that whatever we needed, whatever we asked for, it was his top priority. His hospitality was beyond measure, and it's an immense privilege for the hotel to have him representing them. We will definitely return when we have the chance, and we highly recommend everyone to experience this exceptional Filipino hospitality. For us, this is the only place in Manila from now on.

Great hotel
Amazing stay. Epic entrance. Staff was very friendly. I couldn’t get a cab and was sweating when I entered. Staff brought me a cooled wet towel and a juice. The room was 60% and crazy good value. Checkout was really quick too.
