When I was booking this, one of the booking amenities is the pool. It’s not the best pool in the world but the pool is on the picture so I thought it’s there. We got to the hotel to check in but got told that it’s under renovation. It was really a big disappointment as I have kids that loved water. Upon entering our room, the aquarium looks nice but we were left to figure out how to use the remote to hide the aquarium. Had to figure out by ourselves and felt ignorant at some point. Our first day, the shower flooded all the way to the walkway of our room. It just doesn’t drain fast enough. The bathroom doesn’t have a real door so you can’t really poop in privacy because the shower door is also the bathroom door which doesn’t latch at all. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely not. They didn’t do anything to make our stay memorable. The service, the staff and the overall experience is terrible. I don’t think it should be rated as a 4 star hotel.

The main reason I booked here was because it was close to the US embassy and it have a pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed down.

Hotel room was super cool with a giant fish tank in the room with assorted fish. Tank and room were very clean. The room lighting was cool and calming with even parts of the bed that lit up. Room was rather spacious and bed was very comfy. Big flatscreen TV which even had some American shows and movies. For the price, this place was great. Also, they had a great outside bar with good food, and with a view of Manila bay where we watched the sunset. The area around, Oceanfront Park. was still under construction and severly in need of an update, but the indoor shopping parts were still very nice and cool to walk through. I'd definitely stay here again.

I chose the place for location AND aquarium view in the bedroom but things didn’t turn out as I expected. First, the first room that was assigned to me with an aquarium was nice and clean>>> BUT the smell of mold was horrible!! Masking it with DEODORIZER will NOT solve the problem! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. The mold smells like wet rags that wasn’t thoroughly washed with Clorox, lingers on the first room due to lack of circulation. Even when I asked to be moved, I could still smell the mold but it is not as bad because the room received lots of sunlight. But the curtains need to be washed or replaced! You have the heat and you have dampness = mold. Hotel might want to check the ventilation from AC Unit as well. I know about MOLD. I read about it because I have no choice. Finally, the location, it wasn’t walkable to Luneta Park or other places. You need to get a tricycle or a taxi. The cost is 150 php. Others will charge you 250 php or 300 php. Walk away from them!

The room is very well designed but the mattress was worn out. The water in the shower was lukewarm. And the aircon could not keep the room cool.

I’ll be back
The staff was professional and attentive to my requests. The in wall aquarium is awesome. Walking distance to all your desires: mall, restaurants, pubs and clubs. I suggest you to call them for car service. Taxis will charge twice the fare from the airport.

We really enjoyed our night stay in the Aqua Family Room. Our room was beautiful. What let our stay down was the Cold Swimming Pool on the outside of the building and the Restaurant service. The service from the staff was poor, Except for Francis from the White Moon Bar, his service and expertise was amazing. He went out of his way to keep checking on us during our meals, in the restaurant area not the bar, and to make sure we all had drinks and to check on our food wait. If I could give him 5stars I would. Our Breakfast room service in the morning was quoted a 15minute wait, we waited 1hr for it to be delivered and everything was cold on all 4 meals. In saying this we would stay there again the next time we visit the Philippines and hope that Francis is still employed to say Hi to and that your other restaurant staff work quicker and better instead of all standing around talking so much.

Aquarium in de kamer is prachtig! Betekent wel dat er geen raam in de kamer zit. Hotel ligt middenin een complex waar een zeeaquarium en waterpark is gevestigd. Zwembad is voor gedeeld gebruik.

L’hôtel est bien mais difficile à trouver surtout quand on arrive à 4h du matin ! Grande esplanade pas très bien indiqué car il est dans un parc aquatique 😰de plus on leur avait envoyé un message de notre heure tardive d arrivée mais ils avaient annulé notre réservation !! Donc négociation pour l’avoir ! Pas très correct ! On prend notre chambre et nos voisins faisaient une fête donc retour à l’accueil pour les faire taire il est 5h du matin ! 6h30 musique a tue tête de l’hôtel .. et oui parc aquatique oblige 😰 sympa la nuit ! Pdj pas bon du tout , le lendemain travaux dans la chambre d’à côté à partir de 23h … qui fait ça ??? Problème avec une canalisation ! Retour à l’accueil pour leur dire que nous avions pris une chambre d’hôtel pour dormir !! Résultat mitigé pour cet hôtel même s’il est propre et bien placé

We stayed for one night. 2 adukts and two teens. Room offered said suitabke for 4 (2 sofa bed). But there was o ly one and no extra pillow nor sheets not anythinf for the only sofa. Results: i slept over the floor with some parts of the sofa. Room it self it is ok but only for three adults. And please, only 3 pax max.

The room need improvement carpet smells. The hotel is not well maintain for a christmass eve stay not so magical it's lonely when ocean park close no light outside the hotel for christmass spirit it's ghost town mode. The breakfast selection poor.. pool area not so maintain ...The crew are super nice

ホテルから徒歩でイントラムロスの観光も楽しめました。アクアリウムの部屋に宿泊しましたが常に魚を観察することができ、子どもたちも大喜びでした。ホテルのスタッフさんもみなさん丁寧で感じが良くて、洗練されていました。ありがとうございました。

Great family room & ocean view. We’re very happy with the spacious, clean room. The hallways smelled bad. The breakfast buffet is very disappointing. No coffee, no fruits, no forks ..when we showed up at 9am.

We stayed in aqua room and our kids enjoyed it. The receptionist, bellboys, and room attendants are awesome. They are friendly, and provide an excellent service!

Average hotel No security in the evenings, restaurant closes at 11 pm strange smell in the room and mold in the shower and bathroom. For one night stay it is ok but for a longer stay I would suggest another hotel

My husband and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The restaurant downstairs served really good, reasonably priced food. Our only complaint was that our room smelled musky.

We really enjoyed the Aqua room with the aquarium. Very unique! We were there twice, once on the beginning of our trip and once on the end of our trip to the Philippines. The only thing that had to be fixed was the toilet. We called the front desk and it was fixed almost immediately. Really enjoyed staying there.
