One of the receptionist is unhelpful. She never smile and when you talked to her seems like she doesnt care with whatever is your issue. JOVERT was nice. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. Location is good. We will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Westside Hotel Manila Bay. We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. It made our stay even more comfortable and special.
