"Qua locatie een goed verblijf. Het was een zeer ruim appartement/huis, maar niet proper en wat afgeleefd. Wij waren met 5, maar de 5e slaapplaats was een doorgezakt inklapbed, er waren maar 4 stoelen en maar 4 vorken. Verduistering was ook kapot. Parking was merendeel van de tijd niet beschikbaar (wel betaalparking op wandelafstand). De andere verblijven waren volgens mij niet aan toeristen verhuurd. Geen aanrader voor reis met gezin."

No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle. The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and...

"Great city centre location (remember Liverpool is a big party town, so don't expect peace and serenity), and big comfortable rooms are great. Slight downside, for us, was being allocated an accessible room which doesn't really fit the bill if you don't need the adjustments made for accessibility. Reception staff for checking in were great and really friendly, and they were also very accommodating with looking after our luggage after checkout. "The appartment was spotless all the staff were so friendly .SItuated right in the heart of the city so was so easy to get around. I pre booked a car park space at the hotel was under cover and so secured The only thing i found difficult was finding the car park at the back of the hotel but once the hotel staff gave me the propper postcode found it no problem so maybe it would be wise to phone hotel ahead of your stay for the postcode for parking as it is different to hotel .Would definatly...
