"Based on the price, I thought I was booking the nicest motel 6 ever, but I was surely disappointed to find out it’s just another motel 6. Hotels in anchorage on a Friday night are EXPENSIVE and this was $180 plus taxes. Absolutely not worth the price. They don’t even have a breakfast! First motel 6 I’ve stayed at in at least 15 years and will surely be the last. This room should have been $60"

"The hotel is transitioning from the old location that was here to the brand new Hyatt JDV hotel. Still some improvements happening but the room was complete, new and comfortable to sleep in. The trains through downtown make it a little noisy but not terrible and don’t run all night long, and the hotel does provide earplugs as well in case you need them.
