"We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection."

"It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day."

"When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!"

"I stayed one night at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin Northwest/Research Blvd, and overall it was an average experience. The lobby and carpeted areas look recently updated, and parking—while cramped—is at least a short walk to the entrance. The room itself was large but had an odd layout, with long hallways leading to smaller bed and desk areas. The shower was spacious with excellent water pressure, but the older‑style shower head and low‑quality soaps were disappointing. I also noticed...

"Rooms were clean, carpet not so much. Staff at front desk not friendly at all and acted like we were a bother at check in. Breakfast is nonexistent. Eggs, sausage and cereal were available the week we were there along with apples and bananas. Expected more out of this hotel as we love others we have stayed at "

"We liked our suite with the soaking tub. The QR code for pool food service did not work so We could not get food even though it was advertised. We ordered dinner in our room, the focaccia bread was over toasted, the bolognese was so salty and the pasta was overcooked, the cannolis were unsweetened. Breakfast steak sandwich was flavorless. The food was super overpriced for the quality of food."
