"Room was not very clean,carpet was dirty,nasty looking stuff all over the walls and ceiling. Inside of the frig was dirty,we didnt even want to put any food in it.towels and rags were stained.Would not stay here again unless I had no other options."

"The room was very clean, but the carpet was frayed. We had trouble getting the tv to work due to connectivity. My biggest complaint that it was Memorial Day and the pool wasn’t open yet- disappointing to my kid. That was the reason we chose that hotel-so he could swim."

"The man that worked in the evening was super nice. & helpful.. the AC in room 127 did NOT work, the housekeepers gave me towels 2 put in the floor 2 soak up the water that was pouring out of it, the bed was hard as a rock. We normally stay there every year on memorial weekend but we will be going down the road from now on.. definatly NOT worth the $$"

"The room was nice and clean, there was extra bedding provided in the cabinet for the pull-out couch, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options! We were thankful for the breakfast going til 10 and checkout being at 12."

Smelly (chemicals) easy chair. No hand soap for the bathroom. Carpets needed cleaning. They would not turn the A/C on for the exercise/ weight room - so it was 80+ degrees! "Great breakfast! This is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The pool was drained, the elevator was so touchy that it was not usable half the time and the beds were HORRIBLE. Yes bedsss. I tried 3 beds. I tried taking 2 comforters and folding them in half to soften the bed a bit but that really didn't help. The pillows literally smashed down to nothing instantly. I love holiday inn but there's no way I'm doing 4 days like that ever again"

"Place has some guts to rip off and screw there customers with a straight face. BBB and Health Dept will shut down this scam. They ask for. $100 deposit to pocket it basically. They claim u stained there very warn and poor quality bath and bed items. They admit it's budget friendly, pay for what you get. I agree. I expect the bed bugs, the outdated this and that. Hard as rock mattress, flat as a pancake pillow. What I don't expect is for them to charge you $77 for warm items that been used...
