"We arrived really late in the day after over 12 hours of driving. We had our 1.5 and 7 year old kids with us and we're ready to crash. "Terrible customer service. Will not answer the phone , note taped on front door of lobby, only answers that sometimes. Lobby completely closed to all customers. No coffee, no anything. First night my key was left under a planter? So unprofessional do not waste your money"
