"This is an historic property. I was here a few years ago and it was a bit sad. But new management came in and updated the property. I only had a little trouble working the bath faucet, otherwise everything was perfect."

"When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...

"Terrible experience. Got into my room, sat down in the bathroom and had no toilet paper. Room had dirty, damaged carpet, furniture was run down. Tile in bathroom was coming off the wall and half the lights didn't work. 50% of the time I tried to flush the toilet I had to reach into the tank and fiddle with the guts to get the tank to fill with water!
