"The pool was always way overcrowded and we could never get in. If we walked in bare feet in our room we would need to knock dirt off the bottom of our feet before getting into bed. We had our room cleaned several times while we were there, but the same Cheeto (from whoever had the room before us) stayed on the floor the entire time. The fridge made a terrible noise all night - we asked several time to get it looked at. We just ended up unplugging it."

"Very clean, wonderful and helpful staff. The workout room is great!!! Lots of equipment and huge room. The breakfast buffet lacks any fruit at all. No hard boiled eggs, ok but not a very big selection."

"toilet leaking water on the floor when flushed (room 417) . reported it twice, nothing was done until check out. shuttle bus not available although advertised that it will be there every thirty minutes -waited almost an hour with no shuttle bus show up. had to take UBER. check out time - clerk not really helpful - told her checking out with no questions, she said just drop the keys there. But I Needed Print Out Receipt - they just don't pay attention."

"To be honest , I would never stay in a property like this and if I had to, I would expect the price to be much, much lower. There were stains on the wallpaper, popcorn ceilings, chipped and peeling finishes on the furniture, odd smellls, dirty carpeting, I could go on and on. The property looked like a budget motel. On the plus side, the woman at the front desk was super helpful, and I was glad to have somewhere to stay when my flight was canceled. The room, however was $400, and they mandated...
