"The Cigno Hotel is a beautiful oasis in central Merida. The room was large, beautifully appointed and well air-conditioned. The food at the restaurant was excellent-modern Mexican cuisine. We felt one of the best part of the experience was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and very gracious. You cannot go wrong staying at this excellent small hotel. We had a very positive experience at Cigno Hotel."

"Beautiful property, everything was very clean. Service was great. Very friendly people. It's close to everything but the downside is that means lots of traffic. Only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the parking if you have a rental. You can't self park but they have free valet service. You just have to make sure you don't forget anything in your car. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"Room was very clean, had air conditioning and a comfy bed. Service was outstanding, they accommodated an early check in when we showed up and were helpful with all requests we had. We were able to park our truck with pop up camper under the carport, and although not entirely secure, it worked perfectly for us. Was a lovely place to stay!"

"Beautiful hotel that is luxurious and peaceful. Rooms are great, bed super comfortable, pool area is very relaxing (although doesn’t get much sun) and staff are friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again if ever in Merida. "

"We enjoyed staying at Casa Dos Lirios for a week. It's location was outside of the bustle of downtown but was a reasonable 20 minute walk. Our only complaint was the condition of the sidewalks which made the walk a bit hazardous for an older person like me. It was very quiet - only the sounds of the tropical birds in the morning. We were served breakfast every morning by friendly and helpful staff and on the hot days the pool was delightful!"
