"Our stay at Japoneza was nothing short of lovely. The whole energy was peaceful and very much a get-away type of stay. The air coniditioning was AMAZING, never got hot and that was essential when the heat/humidty was causing an allergic reaction for my husband. Also, the cold kept the critters away which is always comforting. The pool water was very nice however a little murky and not as clear/clean. The sauna/heated spa area was under maintence so we didnt get to use it. The staff was amazing,...

"The hotel was a wonderful experience! The property had great amenities, lovely pool and quiet terrace. The room was well furnished, very comfortable, clean and perfect for a good night of sleep. The breakfast was great, fresh and welcoming. And the staff were incredible! Their suggestions of the area helped craft a great experience for our stay, and were very helpful. Finally the laundry service was a great addition to buy us some holiday time back on our trip. 10/10 overall. "
