"Clean room"

"The entrance is awkward for the handicapped as the button to press isn't close to the doors and there aren't any sliding doors, just a single door opens. The rooms are comfortable, quiet with black-out curtains but no microwave and the lighting is VERY dim! The reading lights next to the bed didn't work and the lamps need to be upgraded with bright LED bulbs!!! The bathroom needs more cleaning attention, I don't have black hair but when I see it all over the shower walls and floor - it's disgusting!!!"

"One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Room keys wernt given to us at check in, the light in the pool room flickered constantly for 3 days, there was a bug carcus on our bed.. coffee whitener was expired..made me sick to my stomach.. night audit maria was very rude to guests and yelling and screaming pointing aggressive manners... they said they would open breakfast up 15 min early for us to help accommodate early check outs, and maria wouldnt even turn the lights on for us!! We were in the dark. I have photos of all and we are very disappointed and disgusted with our stay. "

"Friendly staff, helpful, easy access, free covered parking just a short walk away. Easy check out. Breakfast isn’t the greatest but has the essentials. Jam would be nice. It’s right down town across a night club so it can be a little noisy. Fireplace was nice to have. big screen tv, large rooms. Comfy bed. Overall good experience. "
