"Unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend this stay. Upon arrival we thought it was wonderful, but things changed rapidly. Our room was mouldy, full of mosquitoes, looked nothing like the photos, the aircon didn’t work properly, the curtains were to thin allowing light in, and the bed was too hard/uncomfortable to sit or lay on. Within 15 minutes of being in the room we were covered in bites from the mosquitoes. The breakfast and coffee were not on due to sickness among staff. There was a sign to rent...

"The hotel is on the other side of the world and it's almost impossible to find taxi and nobody except for one receptions knew how to call for a taxi. And for our way back from our tours none of the taxis knew where the hotel was. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff tried their best but nobody speak English "

"We stayed in the largest Family room, which comfortably accommodated all six of us with enough beds for everyone. The mattresses were incredibly soft and comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the property was wonderful—peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by greenery, right by the canal. It would be absolutely perfect if you visit outside the hot season.
