"We booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled. They immediately messaged me after booking to tell me how to get ahold of the shuttle service. The staff were very very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. They made a bad experience much better!! Would 10/10 recommend. "

"The staff at the front desk was friendly; smiling and welcoming. The breakfast spread was good, especially the fresh fruit and scones. The rooms were relatively clean although we noticed that the night stands, coffee table etc had a layer of dust even after maid service. Some of the rooms had balconies which is so nice. Very much appreciate having the sofa bed as additional place to sit beyond the bed and desk chair. We would stay here again. "

"We love the location, super easy freeway access and close to everything. The rooms are cozy and perfect! They are small but comfortable and welcoming. The staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back."

"Unexpected fees for parking, room service, and “continental breakfast”. No on sight parking and very few options for their continental breakfast. The hotel it’s self looks clean, but there is a weird smell in the halls and there were splatters from a previous guest on the wall. Also, the handle to the bath faucet was difficult to pull out to turn on the water and it felt like it was going to fall off. The window in the room opens which is great, but there are no safety features to prevent...

"Initial stay had issues after I was not able to make it the first night and tried to check in the next am at 8:30am. My reservation had been canceled even thought I had the reservation paid for. Wasn't too happy about it. Was able to have second night refunded but it was kind of a hassle."
