"Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Check-in folks were very nice and friendly, my room was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of parking, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. My room had nice amenities with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area!"

"Easy check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were nice and clean. The bed was was comfy, this is a big one for me! The pool area was clean and well kept. The only thing I would have liked is if breakfast went a little later, I thought that 9:30 was a little early to close it down. It was a good stay and I will be staying with them again."

"The room was clean, cozy and the perfect retreat. The hotel had little amenities to make you feel welcomed. The staff was friendly and took care of any needs right away that needed attention. "

"Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience."

"No elevator, window would not properly lock on 1st floor. Screen was broken. Shower handle broken and filled with silicone. Did not drain fast. Toilet took 3 times just to flush. Laundry was available but out of order. Didn't try breakfast or the pool due to the quality of the hotel. Wont be going back "
