"First impression was not good. Had to wait over an hour after check in time for room to be ready. Very first night there was a guest in the next room playing loud music and talking. Had to call the front desk the next night to report the same guest. They handled the situation and it was not an issue for the rest of our stay. We loved our room location and the layout of the room. It had a separate room with a pull out couch, a dry sink and a tv. Housekeeping was amazing. Never had to ask for...

I asked the staff for my Money back and even call you guys because the mentioned that was the only way and in the process of agruing with them for my money my “Time” for a refund it went past its “period”. "Check-in was very easy, staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked questions about the property. I appreciated how clean and neat our room was; however, it did have a very heavy smell as though someone had been smoking. AC works well but caps at 72F past 10PM (I prefer 69F) and you can't change it until the next day. Hot water, cold mini fridge, fresh toiletries.
