"The only good part about this stay was the front desk guy who checked us in quickly and efficiently when we got in around 10.30pm. He was friendly and seemed to care a lot about making sure everyone had what they needed because it was busy! I felt bad that he was by himself but he definitely did the job of two people. Otherwise, in our room the sheets on one of the beds was not clean (you could see brown stains), the table areas needed a good wipe, and the bathroom tub was hairy and gross!! When I closed the door to take a shower, there was a BOOGER smeared on the door. Free breakfast? I mean, I wasn’t expecting a huge spread or anything but the juice had a weird film on the top, the syrup was almost gone (I got down there about 6;30am), the coffee machine looked like it needed a deep clean, and overall the options were minimal at best. Yeesh."

"Housekeeping didn’t bother to check our room, we left dirty towels on the floor when we left and when we got back at 10 pm they were still there. Went to the front desk and asked for new towels, apparently a washing machine quit and they were short of towels, gentlemen working said he would get me some, got tired of waiting and went to bed at 11 pm. Threw the dirty towels outside our room door at 11 pm and they were gone in the morning, I had again go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. With the pool/hot tub closing at 10, we were unable to use it, that was one of the man reasons we booked there.. Breakfast was ok, same type of potatoes 3 days in a row.. best western I’m sure you can do better"
