"The room was new, very nice, spacious, and exceptionally clean. I had a very pleasant stay.
The check-in staff member was rather neutral—not particularly friendly, but not rude either. The staff member at check-out, on the other hand, was very friendly and welcoming.
The lobby and breakfast area were under construction during my stay. However, based on the quality of the room, I’m sure the hotel will look beautiful once the renovations are complete.

"Staff were okay but seemed to be overwhelmed with guests. No cups or glasses in bathroom and/or on the counter with the coffee maker. No instructions as to how to use the coffee maker. Had to call to the desk to order an extra roll of toilet paper.
Did not have breakfast. Was not happy paying an additional $7 for overnite parking in the lot. Room was clean, bathroom bare minimum with towels, etc...
All in all a very disappointing experience."

"First time ever staying at a hotel and coffee wasn't free...... There was a coffee maker in the room but the bottles of water in the room, were $2 if you cracked the lid.... I guess you could have poured in the water from the bathroom sink, but at that point is it a 3-star hotel ?! Remind you it was over $250 a night. Just saying. The hotel hallways are thin, it's noisey at night. Pillows were crazy flat."
