The bathroom was excellent, housekeeping standards were consistently high, and towels and amenities were always fresh. Even the elevators were smooth and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. With excellent shopping and night markets as well as food/ dining within a 200m walk. Coin laundry, gym, 7 -11 within the hotel. "

"The rooms were comfortable and the shower very good. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, especially Luna Moon who was very sweet. Upon check-in, the guy who works at night was very thorough and explained everything to us. Very good service. Excellent location, close to the metro. A very nice hotel and very pleased to have stayed here. A really good introduction as this is our first time to South Korea."
