The property is in a great location, and the staff are friendly. The downside is the cleanliness of the room’s floor, it was terrible. It looked like only a superficial cleaning was done, and there was noticeable grime on the floor.

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Had a lot of activities for you to do at the hotel. Ping pong, pool, hot tub, volleyball , fitness room, board games and books to borrow to read. The dock at the water was so relaxing and quiet. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Computers in business center for people to use. Food can be ordered from room for dinner and lunch.

The breakfast buffet was as good as any we have ever experienced. The facility is top notch, clean and bed extremely comfortable. The pool and spa were available though the temps on this visit were too cool to enjoy. The ONLY slight detraction was the wall and ceiling construction was not as insulated as I would like and some noise from adjoining rooms was occasionally noticeable

The entire facility is clean. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and Tiki bar during our stay. The room service food was also very good. I’d definitely stay here again.

We would recommend to head to the water area, Havana Jacks was a nice water front restaurant/tiki bar with great live music. The property is older. Not much to walk to for food. Property had a pool, and offered food, but was not what we were looking for. A/C in the room was not cooling like you would want. The technology for charging your phones did not work. The manager was very nice who checked us in. He was gracious. We only stayed one night and due to airline issues we were concerned about getting back to FLL.
