"This was the second time we stayed here in the last 20 years. Just like before the staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. We stayed in Singapore (queen with loft and sofabed) and Phuket (2 twins). Singapore has a lot of elbow room and common area for all the people in that building. Only downside was the AC is up high near the loft and we couldn’t feel the cool air on the bottom floor. So the nights in July were warm. The fridge also didn’t work so...

"The room was really nice and clean. However, the pool bar was not open which was very disappointing as this is a key factor in choosing a hotel. Additionally, there was no milk in the room and when going down to reception they said they would bring some immediately, however, it didn’t arrive for another 45 minutes, at which point my coffee was cold.
