She is very professional,helpful. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too.

"Reasonable rate. Initial male receptionist was awesome. The other staff not were not warm or helpful. My purse was taken while I was at dinner. I think I left it behind walked to my room realized and went back. No staff was concerned in the least management included. Housekeeper was the only person who expressed concern. She helped me tear apart the room to find it. I did not. Pool is very tiny no poolside service for food or drinks."

"We had an issue with the hot water and good that there’s a washer but no dryer. Also, the description of the apartments is great, but didn’t have information on where, what type of neighborhood it’s located. Also, pull out couch is not really a bed and lack more bed sheets and towels for the amount of people staying. Had two issues, AC and bedroom light in room broke but was repaired quickly. "

"First of all, Expedia has it advertised as 10 minute walk or 3 minutes from airport. Far from the truth. 17km and 35 minutes 3 tolls away. No sign anywhere on the building and very dark at night. Our Uber driver could not find it neither. We finally got out and asked. Everything is modernized. Had to find the Email to find passcodes to enter. Found a women once we entered and wanted to know how we got in.
20 minutes later and in my junk mail.
The building is new, everything clean. Everything!...

"Hotel Euro is centrally located. The staff friendly. Room was clean and Hotel was well maintained.
The pool was clean and unremarkable.
The stay was pleasant. I saw no shady people. The area has heavy traffic and thin walls. Ice machine full on every floor.
Its dated but, overall you get what you pay for. No food after 3pm on site and you are on your own! "

"Adequate room, the staff was amazing and despite language barriers, we were able to achieve everything we wanted to it’s in a good location and a shuttle was provided for $30 to go to the airport. We did not use the pool or the shops nearby as it was later in the evening when we arrived and we were quite tired. We did go to the little restaurant. The food was very good and our waiter was exceptional."

"The room was smaller than I expected, it was clean but a few teenagers that I had to keep killing so they wouldn’t go in my things. The staff was polite and kind.
