Struttura davvero molto carina. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera già pronta, prima dell’orario di check-in: era fresca e profumata. Il personale è davvero davvero carino, più del solito. Ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli e sono venuti a controllare che la macchina fosse parcheggiata in un posto sicuro. La colazione è top! Anche in questo caso, direi oltre la media. Viene inoltre servita sul terrazzo e sono loro a portarla al tavolo. Sono più di venti giorni che giro la Turchia e questa è una delle mie strutture preferite in cui ho alloggiato, se non la preferita. Ve la consiglio molto!

13 Mayıs’tan 16 Mayıs’a kadar annemle birlikte Mardin gezisi için Mirstone Oteli tercih ettik. Her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlıydı, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar tertemiz ve oldukça konforluydu. Otelin konumu da hem gezilecek yerlere yakın hem de oldukça sakindi, bu da gezimizi çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Misafirperverlikleri ve sundukları güzel hizmet için tüm Mirstone Otel ekibine teşekkür ederiz..

Otelin yeri çok güzel Mardin manzarası ayaklarınızın altında. Otele girişten itibaren orada çalışan arkadaşlar hep çok ilgili güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Gece gündüz demeden hatta hiç yorulmadan mutlulukla hep yardımcı oldular. Birkaç kere kayboldum sağ olsunlar olduğum yere kadar gelip aldılar. Biz iki kız arkadaş gittik gayet güvenli Sakin huzurlu bir ortam. Kahvaltısı hizmeti gayet mükemmel. Sadece çarşı kısmına arabayla girmek çok sağlıklı değil otelin otopark problemi yok ama çarşıya arabayla indiğinizde sorun olabiliyor en iyisi arabayı bırakıp yürümek zaten otelin kestirme yolu var çarşıya inEn

Güleryüzle karşılama, çevre ve mekanlar hakkında bilgilendirme çok iyiydi. Otelin yönlendirdiği Tahir bey şöför ve rehber olarak çok başarılıydı, güvenilir biri tavsiye ederiz. Otelin genel hijyeni, sıcak su olmaması ve zayıf kahvaltısı ise olumsuz değerlendirdiğimiz konulardır. Bu açıdan fiyat/kalite performansı düşük kaldı.

Eski mardin in kuzeyinde kaleye doğru, merkeze 5-10 dakika yürüme uzaklığında, kış zamanında olduğu için taş konak soğuk idi çalışan arkadaşlar sağolsun elektrikli soba verdiler, kale manzarası ve Mezopotamya manzarası mevcut otelinin terasında ,bazı odalarda manzaraya bakıyordu bizimki bakmıyordu , genel olarak fiyat performans açısından uygun , personelleri ise mükemmel herhalde Mardin çevresinde en iyi niyetli ve yardımsever insanlardı.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful . We had a great taxi tour and would recommend doing this. Great value for the tour. The hotel was up the top end of town and easy walk to the sites.
