"We spent 8 nights here on the half-board package (room, breakfast, and dinner), and it was a really nice family stay. The hotel is huge but clean, with two pools; a quiet one for just relaxing and a lively main one with water games, competitions, and an Aqua Park with slides for both kids and adults. The rooms are clean everyday and you can leave your towels on the floor if you want them changed.
We were lucky that our room was on the 8th floor with a full pool, beach, and mountain view, which looked incredible at night.
There’s so much to do here: a playground, tennis, football and basketball courts, yoga classes, kids’ shows, and live performances at night.
One thing to plan around is the pool bed situation; people start reserving spots by 8am at the main pool, so if you’re not out early you’ll struggle to find one, and the entrance to the quiet pool doesn’t even open until 9am.
The buffet food was decent; we liked the fresh omelettes and sunny side up eggs in the morning, plus the warm and cold veggies, cheeses, and cold cuts, though the desserts weren’t really our thing. Tap and sparkling water are included with meals, but pops and wine are extra.
A few small downsides: with only 3 main elevators for a hotel this size, one broke down for a couple of days during our stay and it made getting up to the higher floors a real hassle. Also, if you’re flying in without a beach umbrella, it would be nice if the hotel rented those the same as towels (€10 deposit)."
