"Loved our stay at Columbia. Room was comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was delicious.
Would have loved tea making facilities in room or sled help tea making in the dining room"

"Hotel worker Anthony is super nice and kind, always helping. Hotel is in good location near cable car.
The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out.
Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. There is several cameras in the car, we have video and pictures. "
