"Very clean room and great access to the beach
Onsite Resto is oretty good
Staying in the ground floor provides easy access to Everyrhing but there is a negative. The staff cleaning and preparing for the next day are a little loud.
We would stay again"
"A budget friendly clean hotel, with great staff.
Good for young people, backpackers. Not for people in wheelchair and limited mobility. Its good if you are only looking for a place to sleep, and do most of your activities outdoors.

"There is much room for improvement for the location. There is no restaurant or pool at this hotel. Employees are less than active and should be more engaged in cleaning or upkeep of the hotel. Stairs surface may need to be cleaned as appeared dark with possible mold (for this wet location hotel).
Third floor stay [stairs a bit steep and shallow in width). No elevator. Water pressure a bit low for shower and sink. Ammenity kit very basic and most things in it are low quality. Bed has no headboard and walls are concrete (careful not to hit your head). Keyless door lock was sticky and took effort to work properly. Fou d window unlocked. Construction was on hold of expansion while there for 2 days. Water dispenser on third floor in hallway, no water in room. Unsure if water in hall, mineral or bottled water? No glasses or other in room to use for water? Shower water did not stay hot even though insta hot in shower appeared to always be on. Day of deparure heard what appeared to be an electrical ground as something was arcing. Front desk acted like it was normal. Front desk did not do much but verify my name upon check in, later collected money for pet (no receipt for what was paid) and provided towels and toiletries when requested. We were about only guests on site on second day.
The good: comfortable matress, short walk to eateries nearby, short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Shower drained properly, had no issues or lost items, church next door, parking on site, pets allow"
"Thiis is the only 3 star rated I stayed in with no complimentary toothbrushes, no toothpaste, no shampoo. There's also plenty of mosquitoes in the room. I would not recommend it to anybody, no wonder we're the only guest in the hotel. The only thing good is the breakfast and the view. "
