We received a very warm welcome on arrival, the room and bathroom room were both functional, spacious and very clean. There was an excellent German breakfast selection. "Good location - near tram / bus stops and just across the street from the Fuggerei. There are also a grocery store and plenty of food options nearby. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Be prepared to walk up the stairs, there is no elevator (however, this was not a deterrent for our group) If I stay in Augsburg again, I will stay at the Jakoberhof."
