"Beautiful hotel, very central and the staff was very very kind, helpful and professional. The rooms are very very clean and very nicely designed. We only had breakfast in the hotel but that was very good. Even options for vegan/lactose-free people and every day another small selection of things. A rather ‚small‘ breakfast buffet but really qualitative good food. Great coffee with various milk alternatives and once again, very kind people. "

"Trotz der vielen Negativbeurteilungen und den anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (wir mussten vor lauter Defekten das Zimmer wechseln) finden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schwer in Ordnung. "Très bon accueil de la réceptionniste qui parlait français. Un accompagnement à la chambre (pas très facile la 1re fois mais merci aux différents ascenseurs). Une remarque qui ne concerne que moi, le matelas était un peu mou. Et comme il a plu, un balai pour faire partir l eau qui stagne sur la terrasse serait un plus."

"Für einen Urlaub am Ballermann ist die Unterkunft ein Traum. Innerhalb von einer Minute ist man auf der Schinkenstraße. Trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die Apartments sind gräumig und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Am Pool gibt es ausreichend bequeme Liegen und der Strand ist auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. "

"Female receptionist on arrival (Denise) very dour - did not make eye contact, uncommunicative & unfriendly - was left with her for 15 mins. on arrival & she did not update as to why we were getting kept waiting. A friendly smile with a meet & greet (with arrival) drink would have been much nicer. Nico who manned reception too,was much, much friendlier in further dealings at reception - extremely helpful & courteous. Bar/dining/cleaning staff were all very nice & pleasant.
