"The staff was very friendly and answered many questions about the hotel and Ghent. They provided a great guide with a map of Ghent - we loved it as it had a summary of each site we visited. There was complimentary water provided. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. "The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."

"Nice property just outside Ghent with easy access to city center. The property itself is as described with nice rooms with all the amenities listed. Complimentary breakfast was also decent with a nice variety of items to choose from. A plus is a 24 hours bar."

Enige was dat, de nummers van de huisjes iets duidelijker mogen worden weergegeven, was best een zoektocht. Maar dat was ook wel weer leuk. Zeer schone appartementen en behulpzaam personeel. "

"Exceptionally friendly staff, free coffee and tea, clean, cold rooms (stayed during heat wave). You can’t ask for much more. Breakfast is expensive but it was delicious and buffet style regardless."

"Schone kamer, schone badkamer en wc. Minpunt vonden wij alleen dat het gedeelde badkamer en wc waren, vond dat persoonlijk niet duidelijk aangegeven staan dat zou nog een verbeter puntje zijn. Verder is de b&b erg mooi karakteristiek. Wel zou ik persoonlijk een renovatie aanraden. De wc en buitenkant van de b&b mogen wat liefde hebben. De gastvrouw is een vriendelijke vrouw, en zorgt ervoor dat je een fijn verblijf hebt."

"When I arrived the hotel was locked and unstaffed. There was a number to call posted on the door which was unobtainable. There phone number on the hotel website was not answered. I sat in a nearby park for an hour and when I returned the door was opened and a man was there to check me in. I pointed out that the mobile number posted on the door was unobtainable, but he didn’t seem concerned. When I left the same number was posted on the door."

"It was okay. Good location. When we checked in the shower was malfunctioning and we had to change rooms. The bathrooms are very small, as are the rooms."

"Excellent stay, very welcoming reception staff. The lady on reception gave us some local Belgian sweets and we also got free drinks vouchers due to the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel. Bit of a pain if you have lots of luggage as the current entrance is down some steep stairs and a bit of a walk from the car park. Car park was free (maybe due to the building works going on?) Our hotel room seemed to have been renovated recently, it was beautiful, very clean and plenty of...
