"This was incredible on many levels. The service is stellar and there’s so many perks. The washing machine was wonderful. Having a refrigerator was great. "Beautiful suite located right in the heart of old town. The suite is spacious with high ceilings and well equipped. Check in and out was very easy. Since its location the old town, cars are not allowed so you must be able to carry your baggage through the cobble stone streets and up the stairs to the suite. This is the only downside to staying in old town. "

"Had a reservation and then had an mobility issue. To get to reception i had to climb 2 flights of stairs. And then i would have to climb more stairs for the room. I could not do it. I did not recieve a refund and went to stay in a different hotel I do not recommend"

"Our apartment was quite charming with high ceilings and architectural details. It was a 2bedroom, 2 bath, advertised for 9 people. It was very comfortable for 5, but I think it’d be tight for 9. The staff was very accommodating to our requests and friendly, but in some areas cleaning was a bit superficial.
