"Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"Pro: AC worked very well, bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Con: Towels didn’t smell fresh. Shower didn’t drain properly. Staff made us wait to ensure they got their money from Expedia which I thought was really weird. All attention at check out went there and they didn’t ask if we had enjoyed our stay."

The lady on reception gave us some local Belgian sweets and we also got free drinks vouchers due to the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel. "Hôtel qui a pour lui sa situation idéale dans Bruges, mais dont les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur des très bons avis lus ici. Dans la chambre particulièrement mal agencée, seule la literie est au niveau. La climatisation plutôt inefficace est très bruyante, les rideaux sont plus tamisants qu'occultants, mini-bar et plateau de courtoisie font défaut tout comme un nécessaire d'écriture. L'entretien laisse à désirer : toiles d'araignée sur les fenêtres, meubles et peintures abîmés......

"Room was clean, comfy bed but pillows were quite small. Staff were very pleasant and gave lots of advice about our time in Bruges. There was an issue with hot water before we checked out which unfortunately prevented a morning shower, which was a shame, but nothing the hotel could do. Amenities were fantastic, and the hotel was really nicely located."

"Had a recent 2 night stay and couldn’t fault the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to check-in a couple of hours early as the room was ready. It’s in a good location and fairly close to the town and the train station. The hotel is spotlessly clean and there is a nice garden area for sitting out in and having a drink. "A great home base for a cycling trip. The rooms were very clean and modern and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a convenient and secure bike storage room in the garage with local bike services nearby. The many routes as detailed by the Centrum RVV all originate at the doorstep of the hotel. It was a very warm week in Belgium, so it was wonderful to relax with a drink on their backyard patio where there was both ample shade and a nice breeze. Would definitely...
