"Booked the hotel due to spa however was not open due to cleaning.
Shower head is not functioning how it supposed to and distributes water everywhere else but where it supposed to. Lose screws on the rail for the shower head as well as the glass cover for the bath tub. Sink smells. Pillow is hard like a stone. Gym is like a sauna and the lighting of it is very poor. Some equipment was broken.
To high price in regards of the bad quality and not accessible spa.

"Fabulous property and location - honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The property is just steps away from the pedestrian zone - less than 1 block on way and 1 ½ blocks the other. Communication with the host was flawless (there is no in-site staff). This was our 3rd week of a 5 week Central Europe exploration and a HUGE and unexpected win was a laundry machine in the communal space. "Lovely hotel - great location with a lovely setting along the river. The only slight problem we had is the air con didn’t work very well and on a 36 degree day we could’ve really done with it. Spoke to reception about it but no improvements could be made that’s just how it was. Otherwise lovely stay thank you"

"Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war auch gut für mich leider ein bisschen zu weich, aber die Wände waren leider dreckig, Personal sehr nett und freundlich, Frühstück war sehr gut und große Auswahl das Abendessen war nicht schlecht weil immer das gleiche, Therme ist sauber dem Alter entsprechend leider keine massage Düsen an den Rändern, der außen Bereich ist auch sauber aber in der Umgebung verfallene Häuser werden leider nicht in Stand gehalten obwohl sie zur Geschichte des Ortes gehören "
