"Everything was perfect. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Only one thing I would like to suggest is to put grab bars in the tub for seniors. I should have checked before booking as I could have brought my shower stool."

"Although the hotel is small and dated, it was a lovely stay. We gave a 5 star because we were well treated and the price was right. The room was clean and before we came in, maintenance was changing a broken lamp shade. The walk-in shower was perfect, great water pressure for long hair. The bed was comfortable. The free parking and free continental breakfast was an added bonus. Also, it’s only a 20-25$ Uber Ride to the Roger’s Center or Eaton Center."

"Beds and room were clean. Staff was friendly. The rooms are very basic, and the hotel is old & showing some age. Good enough for me to spend a reasonably priced night or two anytime I'm in that part of town. I wouldn't stay there on MY honeymoon, but I might stay there on yours."

"Room was absolutely caked in filth, and smelled of a combination of mildew and dog urine. The radiator/AC unit was absolutely vile and most likely the source of the smell of dog urine given the discolouration and dampness. The elevator was broken and clearly had been for quite some time, and while we were able to relocate to the ground floor for accessibility reasons, when we complained about the state of the room, we were told there were no other rooms available. "Close to the airport with good shuttle service. Accommodations were simple, but clean. Shower was not great. Very noisy with a low flow. Ok for a 1 night stay."

"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "

"The unit was spacious, well laid out, and in an excellent downtown location within walking distance to Union Station, restaurants, the waterfront, and major attractions. "Pros: Clean, gorgeous property, super quiet Negatives: Biggest negative is the old school magnetic stripe card keys, which are finicky and lose their charge often. Recommend getting two cards even if you don't need both. Second biggest negative is the odd behaviour by the staff. Asking for your card key to get recharged get you a lecture from the staff about keeping your cards separate from each other so they don't demagnetize each other. We were also chased down by the staff on the way...
