"Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. "

"Worst nights sleep ever!! The beds were the biggest issue and the main reason I would not recommend Wyndham Residences Algarve Carvoeiro. We expected a new 4-star hotel experience, but the bed was unbelievably hard. Genuinely the hardest and most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. There was no topper or anything to soften it, and my back still hurts. Our friends had a separate room and had the same experience. None of us slept well. The room also got extremely hot. "Es handelt sich um einer eher altes Haus mit nur der nötigsten Ausstattung. Das ist grundsätzlich auch kein Problem. Man hat mit Liebe versucht aus einem alten Haus das Beste zu machen.. es bleibt aber einfach ein altes Haus. Stühle beim Frühstück draußen leider sehr klapprig. Frühstück hat nicht die größte Auswahl aber man findet etwas. Sehr viele Wanderer, Surfer vor Ort. Abends teilweise in den Zimmer sehr laut von draußen."

"Capella das Artes is een mooi gelegen complex op een oude olijvenperserij. De 30 kamers zijn wel relatie ver van de receptie aan een lange gang. Op het complex zijn veel tredes en ongelijke delen, dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht te been zijn. De kamers zijn schoon, functioneel ingericht, met eigen balkon of terras en schoonmaak is goed. We kregen gedurende de week dat we er waren echter geen schoon beddengoed. "We had a lovely stay here. The offstreet parking was a bonus! Super close to restaurants and the beach. A great place to start the seven hanging valleys trail walk. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was super friendly and helpful.Lots of recommendations. Try the restaurant across the street and get the seafood rice it was amazing."

"Property was a short 5 mins drive out of Ferragudo centre. Also walkable in around 25 minutes its about 2km to town . If you just want the beach there is a lovely path through woods which takes about 5 mins to get there, but there are no facilities on the beach, if you want sun loungers its probably around 1km to walk along the beach until you come to these along with three restaurants. The Property itself is traditional very clean and tidy, quite small which we liked! perhaps 40 bedrooms max....

"Wij hadden geluk met een upgrade dus prachtige kamer met prima badkamer helaas werden de gebruikte spullen ( douchegel e.d) niet aangevuld. Ontbijt goed maar zeer rumoerig in de eetzaal. Ligbedden vreselijk! Geen parasols te bekennen alleen een klepje boven je hoofd. Geen schaduw plaatsen bij de bar en eten bij de bar ronduit vies. Personeel aardig. Voor ons geen 2e keer"

"We were at the end of a wonderful split trip that started with 4 nights in Lisbon followed by 4 nights in Salema (Algarve) with 2 final nights in Lisbon. We decided on the houseboat for the last two nights and so glad we did. Family if 4 with two teenagers. Great food and drink within a short walk, safe, clean, spacious and right on the water. Don’t miss live music at “Black Label” on the corner almost nightly. Great time and we’ll be back."
