They were very obliging, and gave me a different room, which was a bit bigger, even though I lost the pool view....I didn't mind. There was nowhere to put my luggage, other than on the floor. Very limited hanging space, the towels were quite thin and rough and no robes provided. I would have expected some little luxuries given the description...
