"Our stay was magical!! We were able to check in a little early and we were allowed to leave our car before check in so we could enjoy walking around and sight seeing. The location was perfect, it's close enough to walk to most of St Augustine's attractions, shops and restaurants. "Bad check in experience. The woman wasn’t pleasant. I could tell she didn't like her job, the room was clean when we got there. The AC didn’t work properly. It just ran and ran. The toilet paper and bath towels were rationed. One of the male maids when he asked me if I needed anything, I asked him for extra towels he hesitated to give them to me. However, the bathroom only had towels for three, and towel hanging hooks for two towels.
