"After COVID the hotel rates increased dramatically based on the few improvements to the rooms~
The bathtubs still have no mats in the tubs so they're very slippery~
Bathroom flooring always seems dirty~ The bed coverings are 2 sheets and a thin blanket, we froze both nights!
But it's one individual in particular, Kevin, who is very matter of fact and never friendly or helpful!

"This was an excellent hotel but very ultra modern. Since i like traditional decor and furniture there were some things that i did not like. I prefer a chest of drawers in a hotel room not the bench with 2 little drawers which were insufficient. There was no desk just and oval table which did not suffice for our laptops. I would also prefer a microwave to a safe since warehouse 72 only had overpriced fru fru fussy food. Also the pool access was through the parking lot which was a bad design."

"The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities.
