We had to ask to have the room sept, there was garbage in the stairwell, and we had a silverfish bug fall from the celling onto our open luggage. The people we courteous and was able to refund us for the remaining nights of stay.

Bed was extremely hard, lots of road noise all hrs of the night/morning being on the intersection of 2 major hwys with stop lights right next to the hotel.
