"Property is well located close to the airport (15mins away) and nice. Good pool and tasty food options, and great reception/dining/sitting areas. Lack of amenities in the bathroom, like no shampoo and conditioner, otherwise nice clean room with comfortable bed. Sliding door to outside has seen better days. Free airport shuttle is gold. Staff tries, but difficult when few speak English, that said, our Air Coite d’Ivoire flight was delayed by five hours to Abidjan. Discovered this at the airport, and immediately contacted the hotel via what’s app. They picked us up again at the airport and returned us to hotel and allowed us to stay in our room (after having checked out) until departure. Finally bringing us back to the airport. And that was and is FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. So, can say nothing bad about this establishment, as this was above and beyond the norm. A HUGE thank you to Appolenaire and all of his help in organizing everything. Thank you Onomo!"
