"This hotel was the most nastiest property that i have ever visited. When i entered the room, i was greeted by an infestation of roaches of all sizes and mold. I immediately exited that room and requested a check out refund of my deposit. As i sat in the lobby to wait for expedia to sort out my refund with the hotel, i watched 2 guest, who were previously in line ahead of me, checked out as they complained about the nasty state of their room. "Most of staff was rude besides a few maybe two people that was kind and courteous everyone else barely comprehend English and spoke with a really bad attitude when you ask them anything as if they was on the fence or ready to be confrontational pool was closed they originally said that we can use a sister property hotel pool and then once we arrived they said that we would have to purchase a day pass which would not be provided by the hotel at that point you're not doing anything for the guess...

Although we did have to park, there appeared to be ample parking available, which made things convenient. "From the moment I walk in hotel had a bad smell down stairs goes upstairs to my room a even more terrible smell and it just get worse the refrigerator smell bad the microwave smell bad I went downstairs to complain and the guy at the front desk stated he knows but there's a no refund policy please book else where I had to leave immediately I didn't even stay the night smell was too awful "

" I had a very uncomfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. The AC in my room did not work at all — only the fan would turn on, so the room never actually cooled down. Because of that, the room felt damp and muggy the entire time. It also had a strong carpet/mildew smell, which made it even more unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel fresh or comfortable, and it really affected the quality of my stay."
